This is a set of 2 beautiful sheets, the first a sheet of 9 stamps, the second a Souvenir sheet of 1, issued in 2003 by St. Thomas & Prince Islands to commemorate the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg. The stamps all have art masterpieces from the renown Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg. They're Scott catalog #1464 and 1467, and they're Post Office fresh, F/VF, mint never hinged.
